Forgot your password and/or user ID?

If your user ID is already linked to your e-mail address, you can enter your e-mail address in the upper field and press the Submit button. You will then receive a link to your e-mail, from which you can retrieve your user ID and password.

If your e-mail address is not yet linked to your user ID, enter your e-mail address and the 12-digit user ID in the lower fields and press the Submit button.
You will then receive a link to your e-mail, from which you can retrieve your user ID and password.

NOTE! Enter your entire 12-digit user ID to one field without spaces; for example, 123456000055. The user ID requires now all 12 numbers/characters. Check from the How to login link the instructions for forming the 12-digit ID.
