With the EU payment service directive (PSD2), banks have had to open their interfaces to third parties.
Suomen Asiakastieto Oy has built Account Insight, PSD2 service based on the directive.
Asiakastieto's Account Insight (PSD2) service offers access to bank data – helping in credit decisions and reducing the risk of overindebtedness. Asiakastieto has built a service, where Enable Banking Oy is a technical partner. Through Asiakastieto’s service both banks themselves and third parties can access account information with the permission of the account holder.
